Are you a proactive recruiter passionate about helping companies grow and thrive? We have a unique opportunity to support a small HR team at a rapidly expanding manufacturing organization. You'll play a pivotal role in the full recruitment lifecycle, contributing directly to the team's growth and success as they scale.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be integral to building a pipeline of skilled candidates for engineering and operations roles, supporting a collaborative and innovative manufacturing team. You'll work closely with hiring managers to manage incoming applicants, set expectations, and ensure an efficient hiring process. 

Worksite Location: Brooklyn Center, MN – Hybrid (2-3 days onsite per week). ONLY Minnesota/Twin Cities based candidates will be considered.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and vet incoming applicants across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company website, HRIS).
  • Conduct screening and preliminary interviews for engineering and operations roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to set recruitment timelines, communicate candidate flow, and maintain candidate dashboards.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collaborating with 5-10 leaders weekly.
  • Support data tracking on applicant flow and key TA metrics to optimize recruitment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations setting.
  • Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems (ATS); experience with Paycom preferred but not required (knowledge of ADP, Paylocity, or UKG also considered).
  • Proven track record in screening, vetting, and scheduling candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leadership.
