(Internal) Sr. Recruiter – IT Interim Recruiting
Location: St. Louis Park, MN
Schedule: Onsite/Hybrid- the office is open Monday through Friday. Employees may take advantage of the hybrid work schedule by working remotely on Mondays and Fridays while working on-site on Tuesdays through Thursdays.
Salary: Anticipated total compensation the first year is estimated between $100k-$130k+, which includes base salary and uncapped commission.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sourcing efforts to identify highly skilled and diverse interim IT professionals through innovative, multi-channel strategies (e.g., networks, digital platforms, referrals, associations, and events).
- Match consultants with client needs by evaluating skill sets, cultural fit, and project goals to ensure successful engagements.
- Position Versique's recruiting expertise as a strategic advantage by presenting targeted interim talent solutions that respond directly to each client's unique staffing challenges and timelines.
- Build lasting relationships with consultants, acting as a trusted career advisor who understands their short- and long-term professional goals.
- Coach and prepare candidates for client interviews, setting them up for success by providing insights, expectations, and clear communication.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and the Director of Client Partnerships, navigating concerns and facilitating timely, transparent communication.
- Track engagement outcomes through consistent follow-up, ensuring consultant satisfaction and continued client success.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or agency environments, with a strong focus on IT roles (contract/interim emphasis preferred)
- Previous experience in a IT role is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting for complex or high-level roles
- Strong professional network within the Minnesota IT community
- A relationship-driven recruiter who builds credibility through strategic questioning, thoughtful candidate recommendations, and a deep understanding of IT talent
- Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, collaborative environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Committed to delivering an exceptional experience to both clients and candidate
