Managing Director of Client Partnerships – Finance & Accounting Interim (ID:44895)

In this role, you will:
  • Set the strategic direction and grow the finance and accounting interim sales team in partnership with the existing finance and accounting search team 
  • Build partnerships with Twin Cities based organizations through existing relationships or the cultivation of new connections through a variety of prospecting tactics 
  • Grow, motivate and lead existing team of client facing salespeople. 
  • Work hand-in-hand with your peer Managing Director on the recruiting side of the team 
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to be aware current and upcoming interim and project needs within finance and accounting 
  • Conduct candidate interview preparation to ensure an effective and informative interview process 
  • Function as an intermediary between client and candidate during the interview process to effectively respond to issues and concerns 
  • Focus on quality control follow-up after the project placement to ensure the success of your finance contractors 
  • To work collaboratively with the other practice areas within Versique to ensure the continued success of the firm and fulfillment of core values 
 
To excel in this role, you should have: 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Staffing industry or relevant professional services sales experience is a must. 
  • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills 
  • An active network of local finance and accounting leaders 
  • A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently 
  • Results and performance driven, and comfortable with working in a high achieving, collaborative environment 
  • A passionate interest in providing professionals with a compelling career opportunity to advance their careers and companies with the human capital necessary to successfully execute strategic plans
