Our client invests their time, network and capital in a select group of Search Fund Entrepreneurs to help build great, successful companies.

We are looking for an execution oriented B2B marketer who’s comfortable working in an early stage start-up environment. The Marketing Manager will coordinate, execute, track and optimize a broad range of digital, account based and event marketing projects that build the brand, awareness and drive demand. ABM experience required and event marketing experience a plus. You must enjoy being hands-on, be able to manage a diverse range of activities and to easily flex toward the highest priority activities.  

The ideal candidate understands the end-to-end marketing funnel, sales pipeline, B2B sales, landing page optimization, analytics and testing. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert for all facets of digital, demand generation and event marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Evolve and expand small scale networking events
  • Manage and scale SEO/SEM/PPC strategies to generate leads and enhance online presence
  • Own demand generation and digital marketing campaigns (Email, Display, Paid Search, Social, Webinar)
  • Develop landing pages to drive traffic, conversion and sales performance metrics
  • Execute on campaign ideas, product messaging and segmentation, content and creative
  • Oversee marketing operations and data management initiatives
  • Support lead acquisition and nurture programs as needed: whitepapers, events, webinars

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4+ years of Field Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or Demand Generation experience
  • Early stage start-up experience highly preferred
  • B2B marketing expertise, Financial Services or Investment Management experience a major plus
  • Analytical and execution-oriented; data and metrics driven
  • Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience a must
  • Proven track record of launching and reporting on campaigns from start-to-finish
  • Ability to travel as needed
