National B2B organization, adding a new Marketing Manager to their growing team. Amazing benefits, culture and growth!

The Marketing Manager will partner closely with sales, marketing, and product leaders to develop marketing plans, lead gen programs to grow product and service customer accounts, brand visibility across the national enterprise. 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a service attitude who has exceptional communication, customer/client-facing and project management skills, a partner-first attitude, and ability to create and launch high-impact customer marketing programs that yield measurable results.

Please note: This position is a hybrid work environment. 2 days/week in the Minneapolis office. Only local candidates will be considered. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Ops, Product and Customer Marketing partners to develop and execute a marketing plan for a dedicated set of channel, accounts and partners 
• Create marketing programs with tactics/deliverables: print, YOY campaigns, digital, email, social media, multimedia, content/PR, lead gen and events/tradeshows.
• Define and execute a strategy and plan to amplify the channel programs, -products and services
• Implement new lead gen and project management tools, reporting on performance data to identify trends, make recommendations and shape budget allocations that drive business results.
• Understand needs of top tier customer accounts and tailor content accordingly
• Identify trends, make recommendations and build quarterly plans that reflect findings to maximize ROI 

Required Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications
• 4-7+ years proven experience in B2B marketing, lead gen or channel marketing • Experience with print/digital marketing tactics, events/tradeshows, client facing
• Marketing automation tools and Salesforce to build campaigns and track performance
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 15%-20%, namely to customer and partner events
