Job Description

This Marketing Ops / DG Manager will be in a player/ coach situation working hand in hand with the Director of DG and sales operations team. You will be working through a variety of marketing channels (SEM, paid social, email automation and content marketing programs) to drive qualified leads over to sales all while optimizing the processes with data backed decision making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own all of the demand generation channels with a focus on leveraging Hubspot
  • Deploy b2b marketing campaigns utilizing multiple marketing tools while tracking and measuring best practices
  • Oversee the  google adwords and analytics campaigns for SEO and Paid Media efforts
  • Maintain marketing vendor relationships and report monthly updates to team
  • Generate highly qualified SQL’s for the sales team and collaborate with the rev ops team to make sure the lead structure and data are flowing appropriately


Required skills for success:

  • 2+ years running automated demand generation programs
  • Hubspot experience highly valued
  • Google adwords/analytics skills with paid advertising and SEO
  • Proven Lead Generation background required
  • Strong social media skill required
