Marketing Technology Manager (ID:43107)
We are looking for a skilled Marketing Technology Manager to join our exciting client's marketing team.
As the Marketing Technology Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving our client’s marketing automation and sales enablement initiatives forward through integrations, automation, and administration efforts of the Martech stack. You will guide the requirements of the marketing capabilities and ensure successful adoption of new features and functionality. In addition, you’ll proactively analyze, advise, and provide actionable insights on demand generation programs, campaigns, and the marketing funnel.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and work directly with agency partners to create, deliver, measure, and optimize marketing plans, channels, content, and sales enablement
  • Serve as the Martech admin and owner of various marketing technologies –marketing automation, sales enablement, CRM, CMS, etc.
  • Drive user adoption, provide support, implement SOPs, and recommendations to increase utilization and performance
  • Own CRM processes and data stewardship to ensure integrity of account records in the CRM
  • Develop and execute lead flow strategies to move prospects through the lead cycle
  • Optimize funnel velocity through collaboration and cross-functional marketing and sales teams
  • Monitor and drive incremental conversion rate optimization initiatives across the Martech stack (web, email a/b testing, etc.)
  • Lead marketing campaign and sales funnel data requests; ensuring data flows seamlessly within the Marketing ecosystem for actionability and reporting
  • Executing a tier-based approach to ABM programs to scale and analyze the reporting on all campaign metrics
  • Lead metrics reporting within the department, including creating a process, developing the technical infrastructure, and managing report creation

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Sales Operations, or related discipline - preferably in a B2B industry
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, marketing funnel, and other B2B systems and concepts
  • Experience implementing and maintaining marketing automation platforms as part of the sophisticated marketing stack
  • Ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Multi-channel marketing automation experience a must
  • Strong understanding of marketing attribution, lead, contact, and account scoring
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative
  • Analytical mindset, data and metrics driven yet personable and collaborative
