National Sales Manager (ID:45640)
Growing company looking to add a Canadian Sales Manager to help grow their presence in the educational market.

Our retained client is a manufacturer of a specialty product that they sell through indirect sales channels. They are looking for a dynamic National Sales Manager to help them grow their Canadian market.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy within a niche industry marketplace
  • Establish and build relationships with any new and existing partners
  • Coordinate with marketing for the preparation of customer proposals and staying with the process
  • Conduct a competitive analysis of the market and guide any changes
  • Represent the organization at industry events designed to promote sales growth
  • Build bulletproof relationships with buying groups that can grow market share
  • Work with internal and external customers to provide best-in-class products and service


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in educational or early childhood markets
  • Experience selling through indirect sales channels and dealer network
  • High level of technical aptitude
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Background in solution, value-add sales
  • Ability to travel upwards of 60%
  • Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Must currently reside in either the Toronto or Montreal area
