Job Description

Our client in the professional services industry is looking for an Organizational Development Consultant to join them for a 3+ month engagement. This Organizational Development Consultant will evaluate the needs of the organization and then develop, implement and evaluate organizational development solutions including succession planning, compensation structure and more. This Organizational Development Consultant will partner with our client to execute their vision for the future growth of the company.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for designing, directing and delivering learning, Organizational Development and Leadership programs
  • Complete organizational assessments using a variety of proven methods to discover and solve complex organizational issues and contribute to new growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain key internal/external relationships, which may include: business leaders, hiring managers, business/function human resource professionals, industry contacts, employees and other key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with others to find creative and innovative business solutions
  • Recommend communication and change management strategies and tactics for implementing proposed organizational changes
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by being proactive, responsive and encouraging teamwork

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of Organizational Development experience
  • Strong consulting skills with a client-focused mind-set; building valuable relationships and collaboration
  • Excellent business acumen, project management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization - formally and informally
  • Ability to organize projects, prioritize workflow, and complete multiple tasks accurately and in a timely manner
