An exceptionally compelling President opportunity with a well-established business in the Construction and Materials sector of a Family-Owned enterprise.
President will report to the business sector CEO and will be responsible for establishing and executing near-term and long-term strategies for the business unit. This role will be expected to establish relationships and collaborate regularly with the Board, the Executive Leadership Team, and other entities within the portfolio sector.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understands the market, the company’s value proposition, sales process, and channel distribution to build sound go-to-market strategy to drive sustainable profitability
- Establishes expectations and priorities aligned to strategic and operating plan
- Maintains clear operational priorities to foster purpose and teamwork across the organization
- Establishes and maintains an effective system of communications throughout the organization
- Proactive oversight of financial performance and responds to deviations from the strategic plan with effective and timely corrective solutions
- Manages and evaluates performance of senior leadership team to ensure sustainable growth and builds on values that drive a high performing company culture
- Represents the organization with major stakeholders: customers, shareholders, the financial community, the local communities served, professional associations and the Construction and Materials industry at-large
