Job Description

Our client is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team for a 3+ month engagement. This Recruiter will source, interview and hire for roles throughout the organization both locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will create strong partnerships with hiring managers to provide a stellar candidate experience by providing consistent communication to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and sources talent for current job openings
  • Review resumes, scheduling and interviewing of applicants and recommending candidates for employment
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring appropriate follow up and professional communication throughout the process
  • Partner with hiring managers to schedule and conduct candidate interviews, and follow-up with consistent communication throughout the interview process
  • Confer with hiring leaders and Human Resource business partners to identify talent needs, to build and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Uses social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other technical & creative means to source candidates
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure a consistent recruiting and on-boarding experience
  • Uses applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants from selection to on-boarding
  • Ensure that all candidates data in ATS


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Preferred experience recruiting locally and nationally
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and how to leverage technology for recruitment
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations, assessing, researching, analyzing and developing solutions
  • Proactive with high level of engagement, responsiveness and execution
