Job Description

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team for a 4+ month engagement. This Recruiter will source, interview and hire top talent for various roles throughout the company. This Recruiter should have experience recruiting for high volume and field roles both locally and nationally. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative nature and be ready to jump into teamwork with the talent acquisition team.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple positions within the organization both locally and nationally
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills and experience related to the position requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media (LinkedIn) and networking to build a pipeline of viable candidates for current and future opportunities within the organization
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop a recruiting strategy and provide a high level of service throughout the recruiting process by maintaining on-going, pro-active communication regarding status of open positions/candidates
  • Works with HR and Administrative staff to coordinate and schedule in-person candidate interviews, feedback meetings and reference checks
  • Recommends appropriate employment offers based upon internal equity and external competitiveness; ensures appropriate approvals for all offers are obtained; accountable for creation and delivery of accurate offer letters and partnering with appropriate HR team members to coordinate background checks and initiate on boarding activities
  • Through use of the Applicant Tracking System, maintains accurate candidate and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for high volume and field roles, preferred
  • Ability to create trusted partnerships with hiring managers to assess departmental talent needs
  • Experience filling entry-level to leadership roles locally and nationally
  • Confidence in tackling a variety of positions and providing a top-tier candidate hiring experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sourcing experience for difficult to fill roles preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and juggle many projects at once
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ATS experience
  • Candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently with little direction, and able to change directions quickly and multi-task effectively
