Job Description

Our global manufacturing client is looking for a Recruiter to join their team for a 3+ month engagement. Our client is in the South Metro area of the Twin Cities. This Recruiter should have a genuine passion for partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. This Recruiter will be joining a busy team and should be ready to jump in and start working on open positions independently and with the team. Our client is looking for a recruiter who loves to leverage partnership to create a great candidate experience.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full cycle recruiting services for a variety positions located both locally and nationally
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and ATS (Workday) to identify, attract, present and recruit top talent
  • Create strong partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs
  • Understand talent needs within various business units through active conversations with hiring partners and human resources
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
  • Schedule and conduct phone interviews and schedule and conduct in-office interviews
  • Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR work experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Experience leveraging an ATS to source, recruit and track candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Passion for sourcing, screening, and introducing candidates to company culture and value proposition
  • Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills and abilities to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
  • Flexibility in work-style, and able to change directions with ease
  • Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and execute multiple projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
