Job Description

Our professional services client is looking for a Recruiter a 3+ month engagement. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable self-starter who gets excited to utilize best practice HR strategy to help our client source and recruit top talent for finance focused roles. This Recruiter will be partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure there is open communication for the hiring team and candidates throughout the hiring process.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide full cycle recruiting services including candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection processes, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, and status communication with candidates and hiring teams
  • Confer with hiring leaders and Human Resource Business Partners to identify talent needs, to build and execute appropriate recruitment strategies
  • Ensure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for positions that require recruitment
  • Source and recruit for all level of roles across the organization, with an emphasis on finance recruitment
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS, to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent
  • Builds and maintains network of passive candidates and understands and implements on-going relationship management

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years recruiting experience, including recruiting for finance roles
  • Experience recruiting for various finance positions required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace, and juggle many projects at once
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ATS experience, Taleo preferred
  • Candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently with little direction, and able to change directions quickly and multi-task effectively
