Regional Sales Manager – Mid Atlantic (ID:45081)
Fully established industry leader looking to double in the next 5-7 years is looking for a hungry Regional Sales Manager to take ownership of a territory and grow the revenue organically.
Our retained client has been around for over 70 years and is a leader in manufacturing tools used within the construction world. They are based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and looking for a dynamic hunter for a Regional Sales Manager position to grow the revenue in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US.   

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Utilize an established sales process to grow business within the given territory
  • Identify new opportunities as well as follow up on pre-qualified leads
  • Collaborate with indirect sales channels in order increase mindshare as well as revenue
  • Work alongside marketing to help create relevant messaging for current and prospective customers
  • Utilize the CRM to track progress and keep the SLT up to speed
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to help guide future decisions
  • Work with existing customers to strengthen the relationship and grow business

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience selling industrial products
  • Experience utilizing a CRM tool in a formalized sales process
  • Self-motivated with a hunter mentality
  • Proven track record of success with solution sales
  • Experience in a high activity driven sales environment
  • Experience working with indirect sales channels
  • Must currently live within the geographic territory
  • Ability to travel overnight 40% of the time within the territory
