Regional Sales Representative (ID:42513)
Niche industry leader is looking to bring on a high performing sales professional to take over top producing territory.

Our retained client is a multi-million-dollar privately held organization based in Minnesota that has been around for over 25 years. This exciting company supplies a time and cost saving solution to contractors and municipalities all across North America. We are seeking a top-tier sales professional that can take the Eastern United States and grow market share both directly and through independent distribution channels. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and follow through on new and existing opportunities from prospect to close of sale and beyond
  • Work with multiple independent distribution channels in order to increase revenue
  • Be a team player and collaborate with other members of the team
  • Provide face to face interaction with current and prospective customers and partners

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 4-year degree is required (technical degree preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales working with city/state/ local government
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and is self-driven to succeed
  • Proven track record of growing sales and maintaining profitability
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Must currently reside in the Upper Midwest (no relocation available)
