Sales Manager (ID:43305)
Versique is engaged to find a Sr. Sales Manager to develop distribution and grow sales in the United States.
Work with the North American leadership to develop additional distribution and grow sales in the United States. With specific focus on New Regional Business in key target areas such as the Midwest, The mountain states, Texas, and the deep south, excluding Florida.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing accounts in key regions and ensure they are in contact and aware of sales priorities
  • Act as key connective tissue between these accounts and the HQ
  • Serve as the Product Expert and Sales Development force for opening new accounts and chasing new sales opportunities
  • Build market position by locating, opening, and developing retail sales relationships
  • Develop current distribution in current chains
  • Use sales analytics to create go-to-market strategies in the field designed by account, customer category, or channel
  • Ensure annual sales budget in the USA is planned and achieved or exceeded Attend and coordinate trade events schedule in these markets with the support of marketing staff
  • Support the general manager in National contract negotiations and account forecasting
  • Take proactive and self-driven ownership of accounts assigned and new business opened
  • Represent brands as the commercial face in the market
