Job Description

Summary:

The role will be an essential part of our client’s sales support team. This position will report directly to the VP of Sales and will work alongside the internal sales, finance & marketing teams and external stakeholders.

              

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead the execution plan behind the CRM integration and be in control of maintaining the tools operation and integrity
  • Own database management, bug fixing and data cleaning initiatives
  • Assist the sales team and execute leaders in examining data and generating reports through an automated database
  • Support pricing and positioning of customer-facing contracts; includes proposals and quotations
  • Oversee internal sales process and identify opportunities for improvements backed by analytics in a streamlined manner
  • Collaborate with VP of Sales and Director of Marketing in allocating the marketing budget and forecasting ROI
  • Ensure internal scorecards are updated and accessible to key stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Analytical, process and metrics driven
  • Impressive data management and lead generation/tracking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proven track record of CRM development experience
