Our client is a privately held manufacturing company based in Minnesota that has been around for 50 years. They design and engineer extremely high-quality air filtration systems that are used across multiple industries.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and close new business with both end-user and OEM customers
- Work within a territory and grow revenue through existing and new customers
- Travel into sales territory as needed to grow sales revenue
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline to upper management
- Work on multiple projects at the same time
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in outside B2B technical sales
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Proven ability with selling through value-add approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and is self-driven to succeed
- Proven track record of successful prospecting and closing of new business
- 2-year degree required, 4-year technical degree preferred
- Must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area (no relocation assistance)
