Sales Representative (ID:41429)
Privately held company is looking to grow and they are adding a hunter to the team to take on an existing territory and help get them to the next level

Our client is a privately held manufacturing company based in Minnesota that has been around for 50 years.  They design and engineer extremely high-quality air filtration systems that are used across multiple industries.   

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and close new business with both end-user and OEM customers
  • Work within a territory and grow revenue through existing and new customers
  • Travel into sales territory as needed to grow sales revenue
  • Accurately forecast sales pipeline to upper management
  • Work on multiple projects at the same time


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in outside B2B technical sales
  • Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
  • Proven ability with selling through value-add approach
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively and is self-driven to succeed
  • Proven track record of successful prospecting and closing of new business
  • 2-year degree required, 4-year technical degree preferred
  • Must reside in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area (no relocation assistance)
