Job Description

Are you looking to oversee and coordinate the administration of various compensation, benefits, and both domestic and global mobility programs? In this position, you will work with Business, HR leadership and Finance teams to manage critical HR data and other compensation and benefits related efforts and analyses.

Your organization, flexibility, extraordinary customer focus and strong communication skills are critical in performing duties which include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs:
    • Base pay programs including annual merit review process and on-going promotions
    • Bonus programs
    • Non-qualified deferred compensation and retirement benefit plans
  • Establish and maintain salary range structures and ensure they align with the Company's pay philosophy and are balanced with external market competitiveness and internal equity alignment
  • Provide compensation consultation and training to Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and the Recruiting team
  • Handle the implementation and daily execution of relocation and global mobility strategies and programs to build a positive and sustainable traveling culture
  • Collaborate with business leaders, Recruiting, HR Talent Partners, Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver outstanding team member experiences for domestic, international and cross-border relocations and assignments
  • Maintain standards, processes and policies to ensure that mobility programs are consistent, practical and compliant
  • Assist in administration of executive compensation and benefits programs
  • Assist in the preparation of Compensation Committee meeting review materials
  • Administer the benchmarking process to ensure market competitiveness
  • Review FLSA position status and ensures proper classification
  • Assist with the development and reporting of HR metrics
  • Develop compensation summaries and total rewards statements
  • Analyze existing and proposed programs, policies and practices to ensure they are compliant, competitive, and cost effective while aligning with company philosophy and supporting strategic objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field (Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, etc.), or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years dynamic compensation, benefits and/or financial analysis experience

Additional Qualifications:

  • CCP/CBP/CEBS Certification
  • Experience in compensation design and administration, including base pay and incentive programs
  • Experience working with ERP HR systems (e.g.- Oracle, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP)
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of compensation and benefit plan designs including all pertinent federal and state regulations
  • Advanced interpersonal skills, communication and organizational skills
  • Shown customer service focus
  • Excellent planning and prioritization, problem solving, and business partnering skills
  • Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships with people at all levels of an organization, both inside and outside the company
  • Ability to influence and successfully implement organizational changes
