Senior eCommerce Technical Product Manager (ID:47394)
The Senior eCommerce Product Manager plays a key role in shaping and optimizing the digital product experience. This position focuses on developing the logic, structure, and data integrity behind online product offerings — ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with broader business and technical objectives. The ideal candidate is both analytical and strategic, able to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within a complex eCommerce environment.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – hybrid (2 days onsite each week)
Pay Range: Up to $140K/year. No C2C or work visa sponsorship available

Roles & Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and maintain the digital product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that support organizational goals and customer engagement.
- Translate business needs and user insights into detailed product requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — engineering, design, and operations — to ensure feasibility and impact of product initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing, positioning, and feature development.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (conversion rate, margin, average order value) to evaluate product effectiveness.
Product Data Management & Validation
- Maintain high standards for product data accuracy, including attributes, pricing, and logic.
- Develop and implement QA processes and validation protocols for product configurations and listings.
- Partner with development teams to resolve data inconsistencies and enhance workflow automation.
- Create scalable data management frameworks to ensure long-term reliability and consistency.
Dynamic Pricing & Profitability Optimization
- Design and oversee dynamic pricing strategies for configurable and standard product lines.
- Define and maintain pricing logic that integrates with core business systems such as ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends, input costs, and sales data to maintain competitive pricing and profitability.
- Collaborate with finance and technology teams to enhance pricing automation and synchronization.
Technical & Analytical Leadership
- Work with developers to optimize configurators, automation processes, and backend integrations.
- Leverage analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, BI tools) to track KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Use quantitative analysis to guide product decisions and enhance customer experience.
- Identify and prioritize automation and optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage post-launch testing and performance measurement through data-driven experimentation.
User Experience & Customer Insight
- Partner with UX and design teams to improve navigation, configurator flow, and checkout processes.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to refine product experience and prioritize new features.
- Ensure a cohesive experience across all digital touchpoints, including desktop, mobile, and third-party integrations.
Cross-Functional Alignment & Communication
- Act as the primary liaison between business leadership and technical execution teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and product logic references.
- Communicate progress, insights, and upcoming initiatives to stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with project management to ensure the timely delivery of product initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3–7 years of product management experience in eCommerce, manufacturing, or a technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; capable of interpreting and acting on complex data.
- Experience with product configuration systems, QA testing, and dynamic pricing models.
- Proficiency with Excel (advanced), SQL, and business intelligence tools; Python a plus.
- Working knowledge of modern eCommerce platforms (such as Adobe Commerce/Magento) and API-based integrations.
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, and structured process orientation.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative and results-driven mindset.
