We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own the strategy, execution and operations of our client's in-person and virtual event activations to support our GTM engagement, execution, and revenue goals for our client’s direct channel.
We are looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager (Direct Channel) to own the strategy, execution, and operations of our client’s field marketing activity, including campaigns, in-person, and virtual events to support the GTM engagement and revenue goals for the direct to prospect channel.

As the Senior Field Marketing Manager, you will support the development of pipeline generation, pipeline acceleration, and executive engagement programs for the GTM team. You will be responsible for optimizing campaign and event processes to ensure that sales and marketing are capitalizing on customer engagement. We are looking for a full-stack marketer, not just a campaign planner or event producer while you focus on driving ROI through testing, learning, and optimizing performance with an iterative approach.

This position will report directly to the SVP of Marketing.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Be a partner to our direct sales team on the strategy, development, and execution of field marketing events, consisting of both in-person and virtual activations; with the primary focus on generating, assisting, and accelerating high quality pipeline
  • Strategize, build, and execute integrated field campaigns and programs that involve email marketing, direct mail marketing, digital advertising, and other channels
  • Manage ABM activities, in partnership with sales, including identifying target accounts, developing the ABM strategy, executing campaigns
  • Coordinate event logistics, budget, staff, and on-site or online experience
  • Research and develop new partnerships (associations, trade groups, etc.)
  • Develop and activate the referral program with multiple audiences
  • Measure ROI through metrics analysis and reporting
  • Co-manage the annual Sales Kick-off (SKO)
  • Be a key contributor to the go-to-market teams, ensuring we meet or exceed our audience development goals, both through owned and paid channels
  • Create, implement, and track our campaign and event flow to ensure the appropriate GTM segments are following up with respondents in a timely manner
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in the areas of events, field marketing, B2B marketing and sales 
  • Experience with pipeline generation strategies and implementation while working closely with a B2B sales organization
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills to work with and maintain long-term relationships with customers, prospects, and influencers 
  • Experience SFDC, Pardot and event execution software is a plus 
  • Ability to manage expectations, feedback, and accountability with GTM leadership and sales stakeholders 
  • High aptitude for looking at problems as opportunities, then working with others to create unique solutions to solve them
