Our client has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior HR Data Analyst to join their team! This role will influence the Human Resource team's decision-making by providing sound reporting, context, analysis, and recommendations regarding best practices within the employee experience.

Our client has an immediate career opportunity for a Senior HR Data Analyst to join their team! This role will influence the Human Resource team's decision-making by providing sound reporting, context, analysis, and recommendations regarding best practices within the employee experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct workforce analysis, including retention, recruitment activity, and employee demographics
- Interpret and apply analytics to support the development and refinement of HR initiatives and processes
- Build and enhance comprehensive HR and reporting capability across all functions and teams
- Generate standard and ad hoc reporting using various HR systems, including payroll, ATS, Talent Management Systems, and SQL
- Work with EEO/AA Manager on Affirmative Action plans and EEOC reporting
- Prepare reports of data results, present and explain findings to HR Leadership team
- Work with Insights team to build useful and consistent dashboards using Power BI
- Other activities including defining data requirements, data collection, processing, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization
- To be successful in this role, you must have experience with Power BI and SQL.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- You must be a natural collaborator with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience with Workday is preferred
