Our client is seeking a motivated and visionary Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and implementation of omnichannel marketing strategies, specifically focusing on e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives. The company is located in MN and offers a hybrid work environment. If you're a passionate and experienced omnichannel marketer with a data-focused mindset, this is the role for you!

This is a new and exciting position with a family-owned manufacturing organization dedicated to making products for learning and development. The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for omnichannel marketing strategy, branding, digital, e-commerce, Amazon, print/catalog, tradeshows, events, and promotional activities. The Senior Marketing Manager will be the first hire in the department, with the vision of growing and managing a team within the first two years. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on execution and a strategic, data-driven mindset. Providing creative and innovative ways to launch new products, leveraging digital tools, insights, and campaign optimization. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing programs: go-to-market, digital, social media, traditional, media, e-commerce, and demand gen 

  • Customer insights and research

  • Measure and analyze campaign results, refining and optimizing accordingly to meet defined trackable KPIs.

  • Manage P&L

  • Work with sales teams to develop new promotional activities and industry-specific tradeshows/events.

  • Manage and oversee all marketing vendor partnerships. Media, design, content, etc..

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree 

  • 5+ years experience in developing and implementing marketing programs: digital, e-commerce, email, print, social, tradeshows/events

  • Customer-centric marketing performance, campaign/data reporting experience.

  • Preferred experience in a consumer-related industry, retail, DTC, consumer goods and supplies.

  • Demonstrates a continuous desire to understand and implement industry best practices and trends.

  • Preferred experience managing and growing a team.

  • Creative, innovative, and collaborative with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Must be open to local and potentially international travel.
