Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Deep knowledge of SEO practices and methodologies, including architectural and design competencies, content and writing knowledge; as well as off-page link and promotion understanding
  • Expert understanding of SEO data and reporting tools (Moz, Raven Tools, Keyword Spy, Link Sleuth)
  • Very strong knowledge of web analytics applications such as Google Analytics Experience with a wide variety of CMS, Web Site Architecture and knowledge of HTML
  • Experience with web analytics and a/b testing applications
  • Ensure strategies fit your clients' objectives and audience
  • Collaborate with an internal team of digital marketers while also being able to move tasks forward independently
  • Work within multiple deadlines in a calm and efficient manner
  • Build trust in team members by taking initiative, responding quickly and accurately to requests from Account Team

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-year degree in marketing, business, or similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in an agency setting
  • Collaborate with an internal team of digital marketers while also being able to move tasks forward independently
  • Proven experience with channel integration and leveraging data from Paid, Social, and Analytics to build smarter SEO strategies
  • Experience managing outsourced vendors
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • B2B and B2C marketing experience preferred
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Problem-solving attitude with a consistent pursuit of results
  • Ability to work cohesively with clients and subject matter experts
