Job Description

We are looking for a strategic marketing generalist with experience within a staffing or recruiting company to join our client’s team as a Sr. Account Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the relationships with our client’s most valued customers. As a strategic Sr. Account Manager, you will act as a business partner, trusted advisor, and client advocate delivering top-notch results.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and oversee client relations and communications to ensure retention and account growth
  • Design and manage strategic roadmaps that lead to client success
  • Provide visionary recommendations that connect client goals with strategy and associated tactics
  • Help clients achieve their desired goals through inbound marketing programs
  • Drive traffic, convert leads and increase brand awareness to maximize client pipeline and ROI 
  • Manage client budgets and communicate relative information to internal/external departments

Required Skills & Experience:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Staffing and Recruiting industry experience required
  • B2B marketing experience needed, preferable in an agency setting
  • Basic HubSpot knowledge preferred
  • Superb written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a competitive spirit
