Sr. Financial Analyst (ID:45643)
This is an exciting, pivotal role at the heart of a dynamic organization expanding to meet its ambitious growth targets. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be instrumental in shaping financial strategy and have the opportunity to make a real impact as the organization grows organically and through strategic acquisitions.

We seek a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst with manufacturing experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be critical in driving financial performance and operational efficiency, reporting directly to the Controller. This position requires a deep understanding of financial modeling, cost analysis, and process optimization and the ability to build strong relationships across the organization. This is an On-site position.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Crafting Financial Strategies: Lead the development of sophisticated financial models to guide our budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.

  • Driving Informed Decision-Making: Analyze financial data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights to senior management, empowering them to make strategic decisions.

  • Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to success.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement within the finance function and actively implement best practices to streamline operations.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience and Expertise: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as Financial Analysts, with a strong background in financial modeling and data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial modeling tools and the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Power BI and SQL-based ERP systems is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across departments.
