The successful candidate will join a strong team of Marketing, Content, and Product Managers, manage email communications, optimize contact data in their CRM system, and oversee marketing project workflows. This role drives lead generation, brand awareness, and client retention while managing end-to-end project processes to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.

Work Environment:

This is a remote position with minimal travel required. 

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• CRM and Database Management: Maintain and enhance the health of the CRM database by implementing data hygiene strategies, cleaning and updating contact lists, and creating guidelines to ensure data accuracy.
• Email Campaign Management: Create and manage dynamic and static lists, develop workflows in HubSpot, and schedule email outreach to support marketing goals.
• Optimization and Analytics: Leverage A/B testing and data analysis to optimize email performance, improving metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Best Practices and Trends: Stay current with email marketing trends, HubSpot updates, and marketing automation strategies, recommending improvements and training team members as needed.
• Project Management: Own and oversee the project management process for our marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met. Manage competing priorities and ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders and resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide strategic marketing consultation and operational support for ad hoc projects to enhance overall marketing initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Advanced proficiency in creating lists, workflows, and automation in HubSpot or other CRM tools
• Proven experience in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable improvements in email performance
• Candidates with a strong project management background and experience owning campaign workflows will be prioritized
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Experience integrating external databases or CRM systems into marketing workflows
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized and adept at juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
