Job Description

Our global client is looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to join their team for a 4+ month contract opportunity. This Sr. Recruiter will be working closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and facilitate the interview process. This consultant will also be working with hiring managers to build out the organization’s recruitment strategy. This recruiter must have experience sourcing and recruiting for executive level and have a true passion for sourcing and recruiting.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement effective executive level talent acquisition strategies
  • Cultivate business relationships with senior leaders – both internally and in the external market
  • Proactively partners with leaders and internal Talent Acquisition professionals to forecast and understand executive level talent needs
  • Learn and understand client’s talent and business strategies and communicate those strategies to candidates as a compelling story
  • Build, maintain, and use labor market expertise of executive prospects across multiple executive level roles
  • Leverage best in class sourcing techniques and social media recruiting skills
  • Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Assess candidate qualifications and compatibility to the organization
  • Conduct confidential interviews, recommend prospective employees and provide detailed profile summaries
  • Lead candidates through the recruiting and selection process ensuring efficiency in scheduling, timely feedback and appropriate respect of candidates’ time
  • Stay well-informed of cutting-edge knowledge relevant to executive recruiting (collect new information from the market, identify trends and patterns)
  • Represent client with knowledge, confidence and professionalism

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, degree in Human Resources or Business preferred
  • 7+ years of previous recruiting, sourcing and selection experience for senior/executive level roles
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, recruiting software and candidate databases
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced degree would be a plus, but not required
  • 3+ years of experience focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented executive level candidates, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate trust-based relationships with hiring managers, candidates, recruiting colleagues and vendors, preferred
  • Possess a relentless drive to find, engage and connect with top talent through using strategic channels and proactive recruitment and sourcing techniques
  • Must be focused, systematic, organized and analytical
  • Experience in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting executive candidates; including, highly developed skills in market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction, and key stakeholder management
  • Goal driven, with the ability to pro-actively take initiative, and be comfortable working autonomously
  • Must have effective negotiation and influencing skills
  • Must have integrity and ability to handle confidential information
