Sr. Recruiter
We need a Recruiter with experience sourcing for technical roles to help our client. If you are an experienced Technical Recruiter looking for your next opportunity, this may be the role for you!

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our client’s HR/People Team. The responsibilities for this recruiter role include identifying future hiring needs, designing and optimizing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through our ATS system as well as social media.

Seeking a recruiter who is proficient at conducting interviews, data management, and keeping on top of local and national employment law and legislation. 

The successful candidate will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, remain up to date with employment legislature, and keep informed regarding company hiring and internship programs. Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit locally and nationally for various positions and functions                
  • Develop thoughtful, comprehensive, and position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methods and emphasizes diversity in candidate slates
  • Provide top-tier candidate experience through the recruitment process
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify, attract, present, and recruit top talent
  • Utilize a consultative approach for sourcing, assessment, and selection to recruit qualified candidates for strategic needs
  • Anticipate staffing needs and related issues utilizing creative, customized approached to supplement traditional sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, full-cycle recruiters, and candidates to keep communication channels open during the recruitment process

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • History of recruiting for and technical roles
  • Business acumen and executive presence
  • Must be driven and self-motivated
  • Must be an excellent communicator and a passion for providing top-tier candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Ability to source strategically using a variety of methods
  • Ability to source and mine within the ATS as well as leveraging other resources
