Job Description

Our client is a market leader in designing solutions and selling them through indirect sales channels.  They are looking for experienced, high-end Strategic Account Manager to help grow their market share in one of the most rapidly growing industries. 



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy within a specific industry marketplace
  • Establish and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Preparation of customer proposals and staying with the process resulting in closing the business
  • Conduct competitive analysis of the market and provide guidance on any changes
  • Represent organization at industry events designed to promote sales growth
  • Create and execute internal processes that are customer centric
  • Work with internal and external customer to provide best in class products and service
  • Ability to grow into a leadership position with the organization

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Experience selling through indirect sales channel
  • High level of technical aptitude
  • 4-year degree required (Technical/ Architectural degree preferred)
  • Background in solution, value-add sales
  • Ability to travel upwards of 25%
  • Basic computer knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
