Job Description

Our client is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 3+ month engagement. Ideally, this TA Consultant will have experience partnering with organizations to help them asses and grow their TA function to support all current and future hiring initiatives.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist leadership with strategic planning and execution of talent acquisition in meeting organizational objectives
  • Manage the TA function by, providing support and guidance on all day-to-day matters and long-term initiatives
  • Assess the talent acquisition functions as it relates to business outcomes and future organizational growth
  •  Create, track and monitors recruiting metrics and overall TA performance to ensure progress and goals are being met consistently
  • Proactively target recruitment venues/sites that grow the candidate pipeline, aligning with the needs of the organizational staffing plan
  • Actively partner with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Administer job-appropriate, and legally compliant assessments as part of the selection process
  • Develop an employment brand and ensure that the company’s culture, strategy and career opportunities are communicated through varied forums and methods
  • Develop and maintain an applicant tracking system that ensures applicant integrity, incorporates screening and search capability, is legally compliant, and supports EEO and AA programs
  • Ensure the processes to complete the employment offer and job requisition closure are running efficiently to support the overall Talent Acquisition goals
  • Create, analyze and provide ad hoc reports or updates that are useful to the organization relating to Company headcount, staffing, and employment projections implementing best practices for top talent recruitment and retainment
  • Using TA industry knowledge partner with the TA team and business leaders create career development tools to help employees feel close to organizational mission
  • Act as a consultant to the business and advise them on market trends/competitive talent intelligence through developed expertise and knowledge, set clear expectations, and drive the client relationship
  • Assist with assessment and defining of sourcing and recruitment process and tools.
  • Execution of employment branding strategy including supporting social media campaigns using digital platforms


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years recruiting experience, including some full-cycle recruiting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience building out the Talent Acquisition function and integrating TA processes across an organization
  • Knowledge of local employment law
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • A leader who will offer innovative and constructive ideas to continue our client's success
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and ATS experience
  • Candidates must be highly organized, able to work independently with little direction, and able to change directions quickly and multi-task effectively
