Job Description

Our healthcare client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their TA team for a 6+ month engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting a Talent Acquisition team with sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and facilitating the new hire background check and on-boarding process. Our client uses Workday, so this Talent Acquisition Coordinator should have some experience working with the TA modules in Workday.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and teams along with making necessary travel arrangements needed for interviews
  • Update and maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking System, Workday
  • Review candidate resumes to support Senior Recruiters as needed
  • Inform potential applicants about facilities, operations, benefits, and job or career opportunities in organizations
  • Facilitate and manage the pre-employment background check process including but not limited to monitoring the process for time and efficiency, communicating process steps to both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Assist with on boarding process (ensuring candidates are cleared in time for hire, communicating steps to manager and candidate, etc.)
  • Schedule new hire orientation along with creating employee record in Workday and ensuring all new hire information is entered correctly
  • Administer offer letters by preparing, finalizing, distributing and collecting all necessary paperwork and making sure it saved appropriately in Workday
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1+ year of Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to take work direction and work independently to complete assigned tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized individual with a service mindset
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a helpful spirit
  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities
