Job Description

Our global client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who has some experience with recruiting to join their team for a 6+ month contract engagement. This Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be working closely with the rest of the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and facilitate the interview process with candidates and hiring managers. This Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be reviewing resumes and conducting phone screens for various roles throughout their assigned business units.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide recruiting services for various roles across the organization, including sourcing, screening and facilitating the interview process
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer database, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and employee referrals
  • Leverage online recruiting resources and ATS, Workday, to identify, attract, present and recruit top tier talent
  • Create strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers throughout the organization to learn more about current and future hiring needs
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business need
  • Ensure an understanding of job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for positions that require recruitment
  • With general oversight from the recruitment manager, develops and maintains internal/external


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1+ year of Talent Acquisition Coordinator experience
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Strong communication skills in-person, on the phone, and written
  • Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to take work direction and work independently to complete assigned tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized individual with a service mindset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities
