Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Talent Management, the Talent Acquisition Manager focuses on full lifecycle recruiting of experienced hires, working closely with hiring leaders to determine current and future talent needs, conduct market research to find the right talent, and manage all aspects of the recruiting process. This individual will specialize in recruiting for the firm’s practice area that offers healthcare-based consulting services to the country’s top health systems.

  • Manage recruiting efforts for experienced hires at all levels
  • Proactively source candidates by utilizing a range of strategies (e.g., cold calling, online databases, social media sites, networking, employee referrals, and industry events)
  • Partner with external search firms to supplement internal recruiting efforts, as needed
  • Manage the employment offer processes
  • Support continuous improvement for the Company’s recruiting processes and systems
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent acquisition, including sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating compensation, closing, and working with colleagues to ensure the successful onboarding of new hires
  • Collaborate with colleagues to initiate and drive improvement initiatives across all areas of talent management
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues throughout the firm
  • Travel to quarterly meetings, industry events

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Seven years of progressive recruiting and sourcing experience within a professional services firm
  • Three years’ focus on Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) recruiting

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience successfully recruiting across multiple HIT skill specialties, including Informatics (including physicians/clinicians), Applied Analytics, Digital/eHealth, IT Service Delivery, Enterprise Architecture and ERP
  • Clear track record of delivering results
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills, with the ability to generate a high-quality candidate pipeline; fluent in social recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Able to clearly and passionately articulate the Company’s value proposition and listen exceptionally well
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity
  • Able to manage multiple projects and processes while remaining extremely detail-oriented
  • Solution-oriented; creative problem solver
  • Highly collaborative; equally effective as a team leader and a team player
  • Strong networks in management consulting, healthcare and healthcare IT industries
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience effectively using an Applicant Tracking System; disciplined in accurately documenting workflow and all candidate-related details, allowing real time reporting
