As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Finance & Accounting Interim Solutions Division, you will execute operational, process, administrative, sourcing and event management responsibilities in partnership with our Recruiters and Directors of Client Partnership. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Understand job duties, responsibilities and business requirements for open positions.
  • Manage a variety of talent acquisition administrative and operational tasks to include but are not limited to: posting positions on company website and LI, setting up prescreen calls, scheduling interviews, and communicating first day details to consultants.
  • Assist team in developing thoughtful, comprehensive, position-specific search strategies that leverage best practice recruiting methodologies.
  • Utilize recruiting resources such as internet, internal applicant tracking system, professional organizations and community associations to identify, recruit and network for candidates. 
  • Source candidates and develop effective pipelines of key talent.  
  • Review resumes and connect with candidates; always providing a positive and candidate-focused experience.
  • Explain consulting process and company benefits programs.  
  • Create documentation for recruiting processes, procedures and SLAs.
  • Manage the team’s event calendar and ensure participation and preparedness for all professional networking events.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships and partnerships with team members.

Required Skills and Experience: 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sourcing, recruiting, administrative, project coordination and/or operational role
  • Excellent planning, organizational, project, time management, multi-tasking, prioritizing abilities
  • Self-starter and highly motivated with the ability to work independently with little direction
  • Team-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to learn new things quickly and easily to adapt to a change in a high growth and fast-paced environment
  • Positive, professional, can-do and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems quickly 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build strong, credible relationships with many audiences including potential candidates, clients, and colleagues
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion and independent judgment at all times
