This includes HR Leadership in employee relations, compensation, recruitment, health and safety, onboarding and performance management. This HR Leader ensures all People initiatives, programs and practices are aligned to the needs of the business and the HR strategy and successfully implemented.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand the vision, purpose, and strategy of the business and work with the leadership team to develop the global People strategy.
- Create and implement innovative HR solutions for business-critical projects like workforce planning, succession planning, D&I initiatives, leadership and development programs, organizational design, and retention strategies
- Analyze trends and metrics in HR to guide company in developing solutions, programs, and policies.
- Implement key strategic HR processes, policies, procedures, and tools that promote a healthy work environment.
- Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employees' success.
- Support employee’s development and growth – coaching managers to support people building careers, identify training needs for teams and individuals, and drive talent management programs to help people navigate their career
- Combine commercial and HR expertise to build credible relationships with global stakeholders across the company.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Address all employee relations issues.
- Coach managers on the people performance cycle, ensuring all reviews are completed and action plans are in place where improvement is required, or talent needs to be developed.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all functions for all new hires
- Participate as needed in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
- Provide leaders with the coaching and tools necessary to accelerate their business relationships, develop their people, improve team results, and govern change across their organization
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures; maintain the Employee Handbook and Company policies.
- Continually advise the leadership team on methodologies to support continuous improvement of the great culture.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree, HR management preferred
- 8+ years of HR Experience
- High-level of proficiency in problem solving, critical thinking and analyzing complex situations
- Manufacturing experience preferred
