VP-Customer Success (ID:40827)
Our client is a SaaS based organization that supports complex manufacturing environments. We are recruiting for their first VP of Customer Success. The company is at a pivotal point as they transition their business model and expect exception growth in the coming years.
The VP of Customer Success will responsible for clients'
customer success journey, including education and product utilization.
They will partner with the Sales Leader and Product Management
Leader to build and scale the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Work with Customers to educate and increase product/services utilization.
  • Create a Learning Management System (LMS) for customers to use to increase product usage.
  • Ability to teach client how to use both hard products and SaaS based Technology.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the organization to grow/scale the company
