Purpose-Driven Leadership and the
Journey to Building Engaging Work Cultures
CAO at North Memorial Health
Currently serving as the CAO for North Memorial Health, I am known for my integrity, focus and ability to engage a workforce to execute under challenging circumstances to drive results. I have a unique set of experiences that bring strong strategic insight and an ability to coach, consult and lead collaboratively across an organization. My success is grounded in my depth of HR and operational experience spanning organizations of varying sizes, as well as my relentless drive to innovate and continuously improve – particularly as it relates to delivering magnetic customer & employee experiences.
Specializing in transforming organizations, I am sought out to execute complex, multi-faceted processes, programs and initiatives requiring cross-functional partnerships and unparalleled attention to detail. I conceptualize, build and execute strategies and programs in a highly effective manner and have a strong bias for action.
My greatest talent is my ability to optimize an organization’s most valuable asset – its people. I utilize a unique combination of consultation, engagement, HR underpinnings and directive communication to drive revenue and results that include and retain its talent.
