We're seeking a consultant to bring their HRIS expertise to enhance and streamline processes, workflows, and reporting. This role optimizes UKG systems, including UKG Workforce Management (WFM), to ensure seamless HR operations. You'll collaborate closely with the HR team to implement best practices, improve system workflows, and deliver custom reporting and dashboards that align with organizational needs.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates.

Salary Range: $60-$75/hour, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, optimize, and implement enhancements in UKG WFM systems.
• Design and execute workflows for SOX compliance and recruiting processes.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and training to HR team members on leveraging UKG functionalities effectively.
• Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, and IT, to ensure seamless system integration and functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to maintain operational excellence.
• Develop and document best practices for system usage and optimization.
• Support data audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and system integrity.
• Lead initiatives to enhance the user experience within the UKG platform.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as an HRIS Consultant, specifically with UKG and UKG WFM.
• Strong understanding of system optimization and best practices.
• Experience working with regulated organizations and implementing compliance workflows.
• Expertise in creating and maintaining custom reports and dashboards.
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
