As the Interim Senior Benefits Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless benefits administration during the organization's transitional phase. This opportunity is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on managing complex benefits systems and processes with minimal direction.
Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN– Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$60, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day administration of health and welfare benefits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Oversee and execute pre/open enrollment cycles focusing on accuracy and employee engagement.
- Manage vendor relationships and contribute to benefits design reviews.
- Prepare and deliver HIPAA training and ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support retirement plan audits and drive process improvements in benefits operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience in health and welfare benefits management, including open enrollment cycles and system administration.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Proven expertise in managing vendor relationships and contributing to benefits strategy.
- Experience with preparing and delivering HIPAA training materials.
- SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
