This part-time Interim HR Generalist role offers the chance to make a significant impact by ensuring smooth HR operations during a temporary leave. In this role, you will handle end-to-end HR responsibilities, facilitate new hire orientations, and act as a primary contact for employees seeking guidance on policies, PTO, and benefits.
Worksite Location: Woodbury, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Facilitate orientation programs, ensuring a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Administer HR tasks such as PTO management, benefits inquiries, and policy updates.
- Serve as a primary resource for employees seeking guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation of monthly employee engagement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and support team culture.
