Our client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving the success of the hiring process by managing various aspects of recruitment. This position involves working closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth operations, from posting job openings and reviewing applicants to coordinating interviews and maintaining accurate records. As a key contributor, you will help shape and improve recruitment processes while providing a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Worksite Location: Chanhassen, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $25-$35, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Post job openings in ATS and other relevant job boards.
- Maintain job postings for accuracy and visibility to ensure maximum applicant engagement.
- Conduct initial reviews of applicants to assess qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
- Perform phone screens to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
- Track and update candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage pre-employment tasks, including assessments and background checks.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing efforts on social media and other platforms.
- Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, tracking key metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes, contributing to the efficiency of the Talent Acquisition team.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience, particularly with non-exempt roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (UKG experience preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with social media and other recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook).
