With a global reputation for innovation and premium sound quality, our client offers a range of products, including wireless speakers, home theater systems, and smart headphones.

The Interim Learning & Development Consultant will support a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing organizational learning and leadership development. This role will focus on identifying learning gaps, building scalable L & D programs, and designing impactful training—particularly for new and emerging people managers. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building and delivering learning roadmaps, hands-on content development, and facilitating high-impact sessions in tech-forward, dynamic environments. This is an exciting opportunity to partner directly with the Head of Talent at an iconic, design-driven brand and help shape the next chapter of learning and leadership at a company that values innovation, creativity, and growth.

Hybrid/Onsite/Fully remote: Hybrid 

Length of Assignment: 6-12 months  

Hours per week/flexibility: 40 hours

Pay Rate: Hourly Rate between $65-$85, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute an L&D roadmap that aligns with the client's business strategy and talent goals
  • Identify learning gaps, assess organizational readiness, and design effective learning interventions
  • Develop and deliver content focused on manager and leadership development (e.g., Manager 101, continuous feedback, accountability, goal setting)
  • Build scalable leadership development programs to support IC-to-manager transitions and prepare talent for broader leadership roles
  • Design and implement tactical, role-specific training solutions that drive adoption and performance
  • Deliver engaging learning experiences across modalities—virtual, in-person, and blended formats
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of learning initiatives
  • Contribute to the expansion of learning programs beyond compliance, supporting career growth and internal mobility
  • Leverage LMS (Docebo) for course delivery, tracking, and learner engagement
  • Facilitate dynamic workshops and sessions to foster connection, growth, and collaboration across teams

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years in Learning & Development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering strategic learning solutions
  • Expertise in leadership development and manager training
  • Ability to assess learning needs and translate them into scalable, results-driven programs
  • Exceptional facilitation skills and ability to influence and engage leaders across the organization
  • Experience delivering learning in various formats—virtual, live, and hybrid
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in tech-driven, innovative environments preferred
  • LMS experience (Docebo) is a strong plus
