Key responsibilities include supervising communication networks and various electronic operational platforms. The role provides direct leadership to a diverse technical team encompassing:
- Infrastructure specialists and system architects
- Cybersecurity professionals
- Mobile device management specialists
- End-user support personnel and workstation technicians
- Network engineering staff
- Additional technical operations personnel within the infrastructure and operations division
The successful candidate will drive strategic technology planning while ensuring seamless coordination of all computing initiatives that support business functions.
Worksite location: Twin Cities, MN – 100% onsite
Salary: $90 – 130k salary

Role & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Initiative Management
- Direct comprehensive technology transformations, encompassing blueprint development and rollout of innovative digital platforms and services across the enterprise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 5+ years of IT personnel management experience
- 5+ years working within a Microsoft environment – Windows, Azure, O365, etc.
- Customer service-oriented
