This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on high-volume healthcare hiring (RNs, Case Managers, Social Workers, Massage Therapists, Music Therapists, Chaplains, and more). The contract is expected to last at least three months, with the potential to be extended or converted to permanent if it's the right fit for both parties. This is an urgent need due to continued business growth and increased req loads.

Worksite Location: Hybrid flexible with an office in Mendota Heights, MN (spacious, modern, and collaborative environment).

Salary Range: $45-$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of healthcare roles
Collaborate with internal teams to move quickly from screening to offer
Maintain a req load of approximately 30–35 positions
Work closely with a Sourcer and Coordinators to streamline the hiring process
Join a high-performing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
Strong preference for healthcare recruiting background
High-volume recruiting experience required
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Comfortable using sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
