The Senior HR Generalist will support ongoing process improvements and HR operations during a period of transformation. This full-time, 3+ month engagement is ideal for a seasoned HR Generalist who thrives in fast-paced, operationally focused environments. You'll serve as a thought partner to HR leadership, playing a critical role in driving HR process improvement, documentation, compliance, and internal training efforts.

Worksite Location: Onsite preferred (5 days/week). Open to hybrid discussion for an exceptional candidate. No fully remote option.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-$55, DOQ

Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner with the HR Director on process improvement efforts
Draft and implement HR documentation, including attendance, termination, and PIP processes
Create and update the employee handbook and policies
Develop internal training materials
Support strategy execution around automation and operational efficiency

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist
Strong background in HR documentation, process design, and compliance
Experience in manufacturing environments is highly preferred
Familiarity with Workday is a plus
Ability to work onsite consistently or flex into a hybrid schedule with strong communication and execution skills
Comfortable collaborating with strong HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
