This is a full-time, 3-month contract (with potential for extension) supporting the recruitment function with scheduling, posting jobs, and administrative coordination. You'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process running smoothly and efficiently.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Onsite in the west Minneapolis area several days a week to start, tapering down to 1–2 days a week to be discussed.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $25-$30, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring teams
- Post job openings and manage internal and external job boards
- Support administrative tasks for the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain accuracy across systems and help drive process efficiency
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination
- Strong attention to detail and experience with interview scheduling
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with tools such as Oracle, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Collaborative and dependable with strong organizational skills
- Eager to learn, ask questions, and engage with a curious, hard-working team
