As Executive Engagement Specialist, Tanea Mahanna combines her love of connecting with the candidates while working with the client to connect the dots and catch anything that might fall through the cracks. Helping candidates find their career home and get them excited about opportunities is her motivating factor.
Tanea holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamline University in Pre-law and Political Science, and almost 20 years of (in-house) talent acquisition, employee engagement, event planning, and Generalist HR, with experience in various sectors that include non-profit, manufacturing, construction, and private equity.
When not working, she spends her time traveling, gardening, reviewing new restaurants on Yelp, and attending the theater in Minnesota and New York City.

It’s a tie, beach vacation – Turks & Caicos, tourist vacation – London and surrounding areas.

What do you like to do for fun?
Trying out new restaurants in the Twin Cities, going to the theater with friends, gardening, and reading (especially a fantasy series).
