This hybrid contract role begins in early August and will run through the end of the year, with the potential to extend. The consultant will play a critical role in implementing ADP, working closely with internal HR leadership and the HRIS team to ensure a seamless transition across payroll, benefits, onboarding, time & attendance, and workforce management modules.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – primarily remote with onsite presence required for key meetings.
Salary Range: Hourly Rate between $50-$70

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key team member in the implementation of ADP systems, ensuring alignment across multiple business entities
- Partner with HR leadership and HRIS to manage and execute project phases, including requirements gathering, validation, testing, and go-live support
- Support system configuration for payroll, benefits, onboarding, time & attendance, and workforce management modules
- Oversee file feeds, dual system testing, and data validation processes
- Collaborate closely with the HRIS lead, acting as project manager, SVP, and HR Director
- Provide expertise and recommendations to optimize processes and system functionality
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience implementing ADP systems across multiple modules (payroll, benefits, time & attendance, onboarding, workforce management)
- Multi-company implementation experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal HR teams and external vendors
- Strong technical understanding of HRIS systems and data integration
- Skilled in system validation, file feed management, and testing
- Experience transitioning from legacy systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
